Dr Lisa Cameron is the MP for East Kilbride, Strathaven and Lesmahagow and was first elected in 2015. Lisa is also the Chair of the newly created Crypto and Digital Assets All Party Parliamentary Group in Westminster.

Before entering politics, Lisa worked as a clinical psychologist and received a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Glasgow.

Lisa has a keen interest in crypto and digital assets. She is particularly interested in the potential for this new technology to transform the landscape of emerging digital payments and financial services. Lisa has said that a top priority for her is consumer protection and she wants to see the sector and regulators making protecting consumers from the risks of harm a key focus. She is also interested in the opportunities that exist from the crypto and digital asset sector in terms of jobs, benefits to the economy and skills.

As a member of the Financial Education APPG in Parliament Lisa is also passionate about the importance of educating people and improving people’s understanding about crypto and digital assets.

Thomas Uhm is a part of Jane Street’s Global Crypto Institutional Sales & Trading team. In this role, Tom coordinates activity between the crypto asset trading desk and external parties. He focuses on issues related to strategy, infrastructure, education and execution for both crypto-focused and traditional financial firms

Tom joined Jane Street in 2003 trading ADRs before moving to the London office in 2006. During his tenure in the UK, he has continued to work with the equities team while also working with ETFs, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.

Tom holds a BS in Political Science from the University of Illinois. He grew up in Chicago and misses the food there terribly. He moved to New York to become an actor, before switching to his career in trading.

Andrewis Head of Digital Asset Markets at Morgan Stanley; he works on digital asset strategy for the firm and speaks aboutthe topicto the banks largest institutional clients.Andrewhas been a practitioner in bitcoin and other digital asset markets for over 9 years,privatelyinvesting in several early token launches and companies.Andrewhas since introduced and vetted various investment opportunities for Morgan Stanley’s strategic investment group.Andrewhas privately run crypto arbitrage and systematic futures funding strategies and various on-chain DeFi strategies. Prior to joining MS in 2018,Andrewspent most of his career as a structured products trader and market maker, he is a CFA Charterholder.

Catherine is Head of VIP & Institutional at Binance, where she oversees global coverage of the exchange’s most sophisticated clients, ranging from individual traders and mid-sized proprietary teams to global financial institutions. Before joining Binance, she spent 15 years in investment banking with JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and others. gaining experience across multiple asset classes and a specialty in derivatives and structured solutions. At Binance, Catherine is leading the charge to accelerate institutional growth through the Binance Institutional platform and by building out an institutional-grade product stack. A pioneer by nature, she enjoys the challenge of bridging the worlds of traditional financial institutions and crypto, and has spearheaded many first-to-market products that aim to make Binance the trusted digital asset platform for institutions.

Co-founder and CEO of Blockstream, Dr. Adam Back, invented Hashcash, the proof-of-work algorithm cited by Satoshi Nakamoto in the Bitcoin whitepaper, as the future basis for its mining function. Throughout his two-decade-long vocation as an applied cryptographer and security architect, he has held senior roles with a number of technology companies, including Microsoft, EMC, PI, VMware, and Zero-Knowledge Systems, as well as advised many more companies on cryptography and peer-to-peer finance. Dr. Adam Back holds a computer science Ph.D. in distributed systems from the University of Exeter.

At Polygon, Amit leads the research and development of next-generation DeFi protocols to grow and support the DeFi ecosystem. He specializes in the field of crypto-economics, spearheading the development of blockchain economic models at Polygon. Previously he has researched in the intersection of cryptocurrency, finance, econometrics, and statistics. Amit had also worked in quantitative roles in TradFi firms like JPMorgan Chase and ICICI bank. Amit started his career in the field of computational fluid dynamics. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Warwick, an MA in economics from the Delhi School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Kanpur.

Pete Najarian is the Managing Partner of RW3 Ventures.

She currently leads the Research & Development team at Blockdaemon, a blockchain infrastructure company, where she focuses on Maximal Extractable Value(MEV), interoperability, and blockchain security. She also teaches at the cybersecurity certificate programs for the University of Miami and New York University. As a Latina, she is passionate about fostering the next generation of workers and serves as a member and mentor to several women in cybersecurity, tech, and Web3 professional organizations.

Melvin Deng is the CEO of QCP Capital, a full suite crypto asset trading firm and one of the largest global market makers in options. Inspired by the potential of cryptocurrency to disrupt financial services, he left a more than 15 year banking career to join QCP Capital in 2021. As the CEO, Melvin’s vision is to bring the company’s institutional-grade experience, research and infrastructure to the crypto and traditional finance ecosystem. He was previously the Head of Treasury for Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore, responsible for business and balance sheet strategy

Suzanne Morsfield is Lukka’s Global Head of Accounting Solutions. She brings more than 15 years of data-driven international corporate reporting and quantitative research experience to her role. She gained a wide-range of industry and practical experience while at JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, EY, Thomson Reuters and Capco that she subsequently used in her position as Director of Research at Columbia Business School’s Center for Excellence in Accounting and Security Analysis (CEASA).

After CEASA, Suzanne joined the IFRS Foundation, where she led projects on improving financial reporting standards and served with distinction on committees for both the FASB and the IFRS Foundation. Subsequent to that role, she provided independent consulting to public and private companies, as well as to standard-setters and regulators. Her academic lecturing and research experience includes contributions to London School of Economics, New York University, and other US universities. She holds a PhD from the University of Arizona and has won numerous teaching and research awards.

Ambre is the CEO of Kaiko, an enterprise-grade market data provider in the blockchain-based digital assets industry. Prior to joining Kaiko, Ambre spent a decade at HSBC in London and Paris, structuring equity derivatives and equity-based financing solutions (Global Markets & Equity Capital Markets). Ambre has a passion for world-changing technology, and has been interested and invested in digital assets since 2012.

Lorien is a wannabe polymath who was born in Malaysia while his dad was curing tropical diseases with the Peace Corps. Off to a cool start, he spent the next few years of his life in Hawaii, San Diego, India…before settling into the much more exciting, colorful and exceedingly polite land of Canada.

In 1994, at the age of 24, when Lorien’s younger brother Matt asked him to run his burgeoning internet company, Lorien did what any self-respecting lawyer of 6 months would do--he quit. He moved the company from their parent’s basement and over the next four years managed the growth of Interlog, one of Canada’s first commercial ISP’s, to over 150 employees, 65,000 customers and profitability. The company was then acquired by a large multinational telecommunications provider.

Determined not to be one hit wonders. Lorien and Matt teamed up again and co-founded Bird on a Wire Networks - a managed web hosting and data-center provider which was one of the first of its kind in Canada. Within two years, the company was acquired by AT&T Canada. Their third start-up,pingg.com, based in New York City, was acquired by 1800-Flowers.

Lorien has also been known to run divisions of Fortune 500 companies (Micron), spearhead the exponential U.S. growth of a UK based tech company (MessageLabs) as Global VP Business Development, serve on the advisory board of a number of start-ups and whip up a mean breakfast of Spanish eggs.

Avishkar (Ash) Sharma is Head of Crypto Partnerships at Checkout.com,one of the world's largest fintechs that enables businesses and their communities to thrive in the digital economy. Ash joined Checkout.com in 2021 to lead the company’s network of global crypto partnerships. He has more than a decade of experience in the payments and financial services sectors across multiple geographies. Ash is passionate about enabling tangible innovation in the crypto space, and has a deep knowledge of product strategy, commercial partnerships, and business development. Before joining Checkout.com, he led global crypto and fintech issuing partnerships in Visa, and prior to that spent 7 years at Citibank in Australia and the UK. As one of the leaders driving the innovation in the field, Ash has great insights into the key payment and fintech trends in Europe and globally.

Lucas Vogelsang is the CEO and Co-founder at Centrifuge, focusing on bringing Real World Assets to DeFi since the early days of Ethereum. Before diving into crypto in 2017 Lucas has been working at the intersection of tech and business since dropping out of University. He co-founded the Swiss e-commerce startup DeinDeal as its CTO. After its successful sale, he helped the German startup KaufDA with their international expansion. Lucas spent 6 years in Silicon Valley where he was working at early stage startups including Taulia where he met his Centrifuge co-founders.

Richard is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Fabric Ventures. Fabric backs the founders of the Open Economy. investing in builders, businesses and digital assets from inception to scaling since 2012. Fabric invested in the likes of Polkadot, Ocean Protocol, Orchid, Sorare, 1inch, The Graph, and NEAR.

Richard combines a pedigree in open source, developer-oriented tools, and early stage venture investing with blockchain focus since 2012, and has invested in Pantera Venture Fund I, Bitstamp, Bitrise, Tray.io, TransferWise, and Citymapper. Richard has previously exited 3 software companies as an entrepreneur, building/ scaling Automic (CA), Tideway (BMC), and Orchestream (Oracle) – reaching a cumulative market cap of $2.2bn.

Stephanie joined Gemini in March 2021 as Director of Institutional Business Development and recently became Head of UK. Stephanie is a financial markets professional and entrepreneur with a strong track record in a variety of commercial and strategic roles. Cited as one of the “Most-Influential Women in Blockchain” and nominated for the “Top 100 Women in Tech - Champion of Women Category”, she is a globally recognised speaker on the subject of blockchain and the path to institutional acceptance of digital assets. Stephanie takes an active interest in blockchain projects supporting wildlife conservation and is also a Mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation “Women in Business” programme.

Patrick Perret-Green has worked in financial markets for 35 years. He began his career in the fixed income and currency research department of Greenwell Montagu, worked as a fixed income flow trader for Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan, a research head for Mizuho, and a proprietary trader and Asia strategist for Citi. He was based in Asia between 2010 and 2016. Over the past six years he has focussed on providing a global macro research service that provides actionable trade ideas.

Leeor Groen is a Director at Spartan Group, the leading global digital asset management and investment banking group fully dedicated to dealmaking in the blockchain industry and managing over $500mn.Having spent his career at the intersection of finance and technology,Leeor is a recognized thought leader on the role of emerging tech on the global financial system and is a frequent speaker on topics related to the future of finance, private equity and capital markets. Based in Switzerland, he holds several board positions and draws on a wealth of international experience having lived and worked professionally across the UK, Switzerland, Scandinavia, Singapore and Australia.

After 10 years in capital markets and 13 years running an e-commerce company she founded, Noelle stumbled across bitcoin in 2014, and hasn’t looked back since. From June 2021-August 2022, she was Head of Market Insights at Genesis Trading, writing research and daily emails for institutional investors. Michael Anderson is the co-founder of Framework Ventures, one of earliest and largest VC firms to enter the “DeFi” or Decentralized Finance industry. With over $1B in AUM, the firm has since expanded into additional maturing verticals like blockchain gaming and social crypto. Prior to Framework, Michael and his co-founder Vance Spencer launched Hashletes, a digital collectible startup with official licensing from the NFL. Before entering crypto, Michael served as a product manager at both Snapchat and Dropbox, where he helped build out their monetization platforms.

Edd runs Institutional Trading for the Digital Asset Desk at Flow Traders, having previously set up and run cryptocurrency trading desks in the city of London. Edd brings 11+ years capital markets experience as well as specialist Crypto, and Blockchain knowledge. Edd is a member of a number of industry groups as well as a regular speaker at Crypto and Blockchain events.

Alexey Demyanov is a Managing Director within BofA Securities at Bank of America. Part of the EMEA Structuring team, he focuses on Digital Assets initiatives across Global Markets.

After starting his career as the Quantitative Analyst within the Structured Rates business, Alexey set up a business area of credit, liquidity and balance sheet optimization – focusing, among other things, on systematically identifying the opportunities to increase the efficiency of the macro business.

Alexey acquired an MSc in Mathematics at St-Petersburg State University (Russia) and holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from International School for Advanced Sciences (SISSA, in Trieste, Italy).

Imran Lakha is Founder of Options Insight

Ian Epstein has over 20 years of investment management experience and has held roles including Portfolio Manager at Autonomy Capital, trader, and private equity associate. Ian graduated summa cum laude from University of California, Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in Political Economy.

Martha is a veteran emerging markets specialist, with two decades of experience in capital markets, including sales and distribution and portfolio management, with a strong emphasis on equities research and macro analysis. Julia’s background is in payments and financial services. Before moving into CBDC Julia was leading fintech and payment investment activities at the private equity firm. Julia was responsible for maximizing the value of payments ecosystem for all portfolio companies, investors and key stakeholders. She was responsible for investing and identifying start-ups and the next generation of entrepreneurs from seed to IPO.

Julia holds a BA (Hons) from EBS London in International Business and Finance.

James joined AIMA in May 2019 as Director of Asset Management Regulation. Prior to joining AIMA, he worked at a leading Brussels-based consultancy, offering strategic communications support to predominantly financial services clients before returning to the UK at the end of 2013, to join the Government Relations team at U.S. insurer MetLife. During his time at MetLife, he led on public policy and advocacy programmes across the EMEA region. He retains deep knowledge of EU and UK political and regulatory systems as well as a detailed understanding of financial regulation. He previously worked at the Industry & Parliament Trust, an organisation that works to promote the mutual understanding of Parliament and business and he holds a degree in Law (LLB Hons) from the College of Law. At AIMA, he co-leads their work on digital assets which is overseen by AIMA’s Digital Assets Working Group (AIMA DAWG).

Darshan Vaidya is the Co-Founder and CEO of Credora, the private credit oracle. Credora is an end-to-end lending solution facilitating credit by validating real-time risk metrics in a zero-knowledge environment. Darshan started his career as an options trader at UBS & Mako Global and ran one of the early crypto options market makers before founding Credora in 2019.

Samantha oversees DCG's post-investment engine. Her team is responsible for tracking the performance of DCG’s more than 200 startup and token project investments, offering strategic and operational advisory to those companies and their executives, and forging partnerships on the DCG network’s behalf. Samantha started her career at Orbis Investments, the global asset manager, where she conducted fund analysis, with a focus on emerging market equities, and, eventually, led global growth initiatives around the launch of a first-of-its kind retail investment platform. Jean-Marie Mognetti is Chief Executive Officer of CoinShares, a publicly listed investment firm that manages over five billion in digital assets on behalf of a global investor base, and an experienced commodities trader with a background in quantitative strategies. A veteran of the Global Advisors group of companies since 2011, Jean-Marie has served in various leadership roles throughout his tenure, most recently as CEO of Global Advisors (Jersey) Limited and director of GABI, the world’s first regulated Bitcoin fund. Jenna Wright is the Managing Director of LMAX Digital, part of LMAX Group, and has recently been named as one of the top 25 Women Leaders in Financial Technology of Europe by The Financial Technology Report. Jenna has been instrumental in driving growth of LMAX Digital and building it into the leading institutional spot crypto currency exchange globally. Jenna joined LMAX Group in January 2009 and has held multiple senior managerial roles at LMAX Group, including Head of Broker Operations and Head of Client Services. Mriganka Pattnaik is the CEO and co-founder of Merkle Science, leading the overall vision and strategic direction, fundraising, and sales of the company. Mriganka previously led growth and business expansion in Southeast Asia and India for London-based retail cryptocurrency exchange Luno prior to its acquisition by blockchain investment firm Digital Currency Group. During his tenure at Luno, Mriganka supported strategy and country-specific execution across three continents, giving him first-hand knowledge of the compliance challenges faced by digital asset businesses in diverse jurisdictions and the critical role regulations play in the industry’s health and sustainable growth.

Jonathan has +10 years of experience in tradfi as Derivatives and Options Trader in companies such as Citadel Securities and BlackEdge Capital, as well as Investor in Columbia Threadneedle Investments.Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Delphine Forma is an experienced Chief Compliance Officer who worked across different countries and industries including large banks in the U.K. such as Bank of Tokyo – Mitsubishi UFJ and HSBC Bank plc., and global blockchain/crypto businesses (exchanges and miners) in Switzerland. She holds a diploma from Sciences Po Lyon, and two master’s degrees specialized in European Criminal Business Law and Frauds and Money Laundering Prevention. Delphine is a Senior Compliance Manager at BitMEX and a Board member of the OpenVASP Association (a non-profit association formed to develop a protocol and standards to allow virtual assets providers and others to comply with the Financial Action Task Force's "travel rule" requiring identifying information for parties involved in transfer of Digital Assets) and has served has a Board Member of the Crypto Valley Association. Delphine sees compliance as a way to help and support the business to grow and expand. She is passionate about crypto and all blockchain things.

David Mercer is the Chief Executive Officer of LMAX Group, a global, high-growth financial technology company based in London. A former City banking executive and currency specialist, he joined LMAX Group in 2011 and after a successful management buyout, rapidly built LMAX Group into the leading operator of institutional FX and cryptocurrency exchanges with offices in 11 countries and global client base. Alex is the Head of Ledger Enterprise bringing more than 15 years of experience in driving the adoption of emerging technologies in major financial services organizations. Alex joined Ledger Enterprise in March 2021 after almost two decades in capital markets technology. He previously worked at Nasdaq as director of global software development and associate vice president of enterprise architecture roles. More recently, Alex was working on the next generation of digital capital markets infrastructure as a senior advisor and head of architecture at SIX Digital Exchange.

Mike Castiglione joined Eventus as Director of Regulatory Affairs, Digital Assets in February
2022 where he focuses on preparing clients for the range of global rules that could affect crypto
and their compliance systems. He joined Eventus after 15 years in the US government focused
on national security and emerging technology policy, including with the Central Intelligence
Agency (CIA). During that time, he advised the White House, Defense Department, others in
government about global risks, the implications of technological advancements, and policy
options. He has led teams specializing in data analytics and over-the-horizon forecasts during
foreign crises.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and a Master of Public Affairs
(MPA) from Princeton.

Andrew is Chief Compliance Officer at Zodia Markets, where he leads the compliance function including surveillance, financial crime and regulatory affairs across the organisation.

Tyrone leads J.P. Morgan’s Blockchain & Crypto team and is responsible for creating innovative Web3-focused products & solutions for J.P. Morgan’s businesses and clients, and for engaging with the industry at large in order to provide a holistic blockchain strategy for the firm. Tyrone is also the Head of Onyx Digital Assets, a multi-asset tokenization platform that enables the exchange of value for various types of digital assets. Tyrone was previously a Senior Blockchain Product Manager in J.P. Morgan’s Blockchain Center of Excellence and was also the Head of Product for Quorum, an open-sourced Ethereum-based blockchain platform built for Enterprise use. Tyrone sits on the Board of Directors of The Enterprise Ethereum Alliance and The Hyperledger Foundation, and prior to joining the blockchain team in 2015, Tyrone was a software engineer within the Credit Markets business and spent several years managing and delivering large strategic programs across various businesses within J.P.
